Working With MontPac

Working with MontPac is easy. Here are the steps to stress-free property management accounting:

  1. You will be assigned to a team of accountants, typically composed of a senior-level accountant and an associate. Your team will walk you through the entire accounting process to get you started and will create a distribution list to ensure smooth and well-organized communication within your team. 
  2. Grant your team high-level access to your accounting systems and view-only access to bank accounts. This is necessary for us to be able to work on your books. Rest assured that MontPac treats all client information with utmost care and confidentiality. 
  3. Your team will perform the agreed scope of accounting work based on your needs including triple tie outs and bank reconciliations. Some of our clients let us do all of the accounting work, but we can also support you with just a part of your accounting process, anything to help your business. Before submitting the final output with commentary, your senior accountant will review the work and make sure that you have accurate financial reports and statements.
